    Roberto is a seasoned venture capital professional with over six years of experience supporting early-stage startups and innovation-driven ventures across fintech, telecom infrastructure, and digital services. His work spans capital strategy, investor outreach, and venture development, with a focus on building scalable, impact-aligned businesses.

    At PÔNT Associates, a minority-owned VC and investment boutique, Carlos has contributed to deals ranging from a $600M broadband initiative to a $15M cross-border acquisition, while leading efforts on investor materials, pitch development, and KPI-focused performance tracking. He works closely with founders to strengthen investor readiness and unlock strategic growth capital.

    Carlos also founded WorkTank and DopeTronix, two ventures focused on democratizing access to capital, brand strategy, and digital engagement for early-stage companies and inclusive innovation projects.

    He holds a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and has completed advanced finance and venture training through executive programs at Columbia Business School, Harvard, Stanford, Yale, and Bocconi University.
